First time users, please click here for user id and password instructions.

On the top-right of this page is the link to our on-line rating and submission program - "Quote-Net".

This site is password protected and exclusive to agents who are active and have already signed up to do business with CMS.  If you’re not an active agent please proceed to the “New Agents” section and follow the instructions.

If you are an active agent and already have your user name and password information, simply click on the "Get Quote" on the top right of the page to enter the site.

First time users need to register to gain access to the site.

Please follow the registration instructions below:

Registration Instructions:

1. Click on the “Get Quote” link on the top-right.
2. Type in the Allstate Agents code for your agency as the “Agency Password” (Example – a012345)
3. Next click the “Register” button.  You will now be asked to create an individual password of your own and to provide some contact information.  Please keep a record of your individual password to avoid having to re-register again later on.
4. Click “Confirm” and you will be returned to the login screen.
5. You are now registered!!!  Login using your Allstate Agents code as the “Agency Password” and the password you just created as the “Individual Password”.
