That is why we employ a claims department to work with you to ensure that claims are handled promptly and efficiently.  We fully recognize how important the handling of a claim can be to a client.  With that in mind our service is designed to have the matter resolved as quickly and painlessly as possible.

In the interest of timeliness you may choose to utilize the following information to report your claim directly with the listed carriers below.  If the carrier is not listed please report the claim ONLY via fax at the listed CMS fax number below. Please do not e-mail first reports.
