Welcome to our Customer Portal. Here your will find many of the required applications, affidavits and broker agreements to assits your office with tools necessary to quickly obtain quotes.
You will also be able to access our online quoting and submission system from here.
First time users need to register to gain access to the site.
Please follow the registration instructions below:
Registration Instructions:
- Click on the “Quote-Net” link on the top-right of this page.
- Type in the your agency code for your agency as the “Agency Password” (Example – AGT001). Your Agency code can be found on any invoice. If you are unable to locate your agency code, please e-mail Rich Verdi at rverdi@cmsrisk.com.
- Next click the “Register” button. You will now be asked to create an individual password of your own and to provide some contact information. Please keep a record of your individual password to avoid having to re-register again later on.
- Click “Confirm” and you will be returned to the login screen.
- You are now registered!!! Login using your agency code as the “Agency Password” and the password you just created as the “Individual Password”.
